@British_Airways Thanks for being as helpful as the customer relations team, better off with a chocolate tea pot than flying BA!

@British_Airways disgusted with your customer service following our last minute flight cancellation and the lack of response from your CEO! Not what I expected from a reputable company like yourselves - worse than contacting Ryanair!!

@British_Airways It’s disgraceful you won’t in the circumstances we found ourselves in with no notice and no help. Only a flight to Zurich offered 2 days after our original flight was cancelled, no flights available within the month following the cancellation, not sure what other option we had!

@British_Airways Thanks, I don’t need help with the flights, I’d like the money back we paid for alternative flights in the absence of any help or support from BA the day it happened and following. Not once have BA reached out to me! I’d like to escalate my claim/complaint to a non robot!!

@Loungefly @BlueCultureTees Poor quality bags, do not buy unless you intend to keep the bag on a shelf!

@FortniteStatus Currently unable to disable parental controls, is this part of the same problem? They are disabled on epic.com profile but keep getting an error message on PS4 and ps5 fortnite. Trying to enable voice chat but can’t!

@pingpongdimsum slightly horrified to find out that we were about to be served food labelled as ‘being made without shellfish’ cooked in shellfish oil when one of our party has a severe shellfish allergy. You’d be better off saying you can’t cater for shellfish allergies surely…

@SlimmingWorld Thanks again Ash! One last question, if you choose not to switch to virtual group or online membership, what happens to the countdowns? Are they on hold until groups resume or so members need to obtain refunds?
