@optimumHelp Multiple outages daily @optimum. Customer service line is useless. Why am I paying for service that is constantly not working? Only gotten worse in the past few months. If you have any other internet option aside from @optimum take it!!

@robdaly @optimum Hi Rob, yes! Same exact situation in North Jersey. It’s crazy. I was forced into Optimum as well. Speed ranged from 5mbps to 20. I’m not gambling $80 for a visit. Crazy

@optimum Day 2 of my service being ridiculously slow. I will not pay $80 for a service visit that should be included. A terrible way to treat customers who already pay a sky high price for lackluster internet and beyond poor customer service.

@OptimumHelp Yes, I understand. But I am not willing to gamble $80 to have some service guy tell me the issue is on my end. I know it is not but based on the service I have received so far, I do not trust you to make that determination. A service call should be free. End of story.

Let’s not judge the book by the cover; as a big supporter for changing the image about sharks, I have the same passion for pit looking dogs (I have adopted a few) and I call them my #landsharks
