🧪 DAY 2 — Building an AI-powered business from zero. Grok Bot delivered an 8-page working prototype. Fast. But I rejected the first design. Technically, it worked. Visually, it wasn't good enough. And if you want people to trust a business, presentation matters. Then came the less glamorous work: 🔎 Checking sources and claims. 🔐 Securing accounts and protecting project data. 📝 Designing an editorial review process. 💭 Asking the uncomfortable question: would anyone actually pay for this? 📊 Current reality: • Website: not launched • Paying customers: 0 • Revenue: $0 • Subscription paid: €16 🛠️ TOOLS USED: • Grok Bot — research and development • ChatGPT — strategy, critical review and decisions I'll keep sharing the decisions, mistakes, tools, costs and actual results. Speed builds prototypes. Judgment builds businesses. PROOF OVER PROMISES.

Gaming is the single biggest opportunity in AI right now 2027 will be an absolute gold rush for anyone who dedicates the time to build a game with AI Gaming is BY FAR the biggest entertainment industry on Earth Double the size of the ENTIRE movie, music, and U.S. sports industry combined (NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB) Over the past year the economics of gaming has completely collapsed. Despite the industry making over $200 billion a year, it has become completely unaffordable to make good games anymore The work needed to make a detailed game that keeps up with today's tech is beyond comprehension This is where AI comes in. AI fixes those economics AI allows solo devs to build the AAA games of their dreams with very little resources. The thing is the gaming industry up to this point has completely rejected AI. This won't last much longer though. Disruption is coming and quite literally nothing is going to stop it The first domino fell today. Asha the CEO of Xbox announced Xbox Labs today. This appears to be one of the first times a major gaming brand is embracing the disruption (for the record Asha has done an INCREDIBLE job being the shepherd of the Xbox brand) It is so painfully obvious where all of this is going. In the next 12 months every digital game store will be filled with AAA quality, incredibly fun games built entirely with AI by a single developer The $200 billion flowing through the gaming industry will be redirected from massive studios with thousands of devs to solo developers/small teams embracing the latest tech The largest entertainment industry in the world will be 100% owned by indie AI developers. Hundreds of billions of dollars up for grabs And unlike other sectors of software, gaming has built in moats. One of the last moats in software will be network effects If I build a community based piece of software that has a million users and you build the exact same piece of software and it has 0 users, everyone will buy my software instead Gaming encapsulates this perfectly. If you build a banger multiplayer game that has millions of players, even if someone copies you and builds the exact same game, you're going to win because of network effects This is one of those moments. One of those moments where the future is so obvious and so clear. AI is about to disrupt a multi hundred billion dollar industry and every penny of that will be up for grabs. There is absolutely no reason why you can't be one of the people who capitalizes on this Download Claude Code. Download Codex. Whatever your choice is, just get it. Then start building the game of your dreams GTA 6 will be a landmark game for many reasons. One of those reasons is it will be the one of the last AAA games from a massive developer studio. That model doesn't work anymore. The new model is you. A person with an idea and access to the most powerful technology ever created. Don't screw this opportunity up.

Today we're standing up XBOX LABS (labs.xbox.com). Here is the note that I sent to the team: Team, The first video games emerged some 75 years ago. In the time since, there have been booms and busts, but every year there are more great games to play, more devices to

Biggest announcement of my life: I have raised pre-seed funding from 021T, @alexwg , and @devontriplett21 to build an AI agent that will change the world The biggest issue with AI is it is creating incredible value but for only a small group of people Most people hate AI and don't use it I have built Henry Intelligent Machines (HIM) to solve this HIM is a personal swarm of AI agents autonomously creating economic value for you 24/7 Right now as we speak HIM is collecting data across thousands of websites autonomously 24/7/365 They're hunting for challenges to solve at all times When you use Henry, he will deeply research you and get to know you. Then based on the thousands of opportunities it has in its database, find the value generating opportunities that most closely match your interests, skills, assets, and expertise Henry and its swarm will then proceed to build those micro-businesses out for you You will have complete control over the swarm. Reviewing and approving all work. Editing where you find appropriate. You give Henry a budget, then it hunts and autonomously creates value Say you have an expertise in vibe coding tools and Henry discovers there's no vibe coding guides on Gumroad. It will take your expertise, build drafts for a guide, run it by you, post with your approval, then use your budget to get customers Say you're into AI and speak Portuguese Henry will go through the Portuguese AI education market, see there are no educational products in that language, then create a full AI educational business in Portuguese Most people hate AI. This is because they get 0 value from it, see their friends getting laid off, and become scared HIM is the antidote to this. HIM allows ANYONE to get value from AI. HIM will allow anyone to get access to the trillions of dollars of value that are up for grabs in the new AI world. To ensure Henry creates value and not slop, this will be an extremely slow rollout We will be letting people into HIM 1 by 1. Working with them hands on to ensure Henry only builds real value for them, then expanding from there. If you'd like to be one of the early users of Henry, feel free to sign up at the link below. Forward.
