Morning @Hull_Trains. Currently on the 06:51 HOW-KGX service. Please can you fix the loose rattling panel by coach D seat 27 when the train’s next in a depot. It’s a bit annoying! Thanks, James

Hi @LNER - I’m on the really delayed 1W24 from KGX, due to the signal failure on the ECML. It’s due to get in a couple of minutes after Northern’s 2R29 departs YRK at 1943. Any chance it can be held for connecting pax? Otherwise I’d have to wait another hour to get to HOW :(

Really unimpressed with @bppulseuk. @bp_UK BPme change my email address. @bppulseuk app stops working. Stuck between 2 parts of @bp_UK. @bppulseuk took 45m to answer phone (days ago) & said it should be fixed ‘at some point’. Need to charge my car! Please help - case no 04742330
