@elonmusk Seen 10 of these. The Americans recording it are the only ones I have to watch with sound off.

@MovementMiyagi I quite like them in a warm up for long term rehabbers regaining neuromuscular control. How is it different from putting cones down to jump between or over? Saves me time actually. It’s a piece of equipment. You dont know how everyone is using it. Relax a bit

@foundmyfitness But practically for someone going to the gym. How do they get the weights up to then lower them? If eccentric is more demanding why only attribute 50% of the total exercise volume to it? I eat one donut and one cucumber and those that ate donut got fat

@HMRCcustomers I am really struggling here. It’s impossible to contact anyone. I am abroad and the chat function doesn’t work. There is no email correspondence and the international phone doesn’t work.

@Coach_Alejo @JoseAntonioPhD But it is a way. What is a more efficient way of doing so? Massage, compression pants?

@Coach_Alejo @JoseAntonioPhD An ^ blood flow will help the recovery process. A walk/swim/cycle there will be negligible impact on CNS, skeletal muscle. If DOMS is reduced and they feel better for it, then why not? Playing with kids all day might even be worse.

@Coach_Alejo @JoseAntonioPhD By in after the game I mean. In the pool, on the bikes, foam rolling, massage, compression pants etc.

@Coach_Alejo @JoseAntonioPhD If ‘active recovery’ training is a 20min walk. Would you advise your athletes to not do it? By definition anything other than nothing is active recovery. Why do almost every football team have their teams back in after a game? Maybe Man City, PSG, Barcelona are all wrong?

@Coach_Alejo @baytown26 @mboyle1959 Isn’t walking light work? I can’t think of anything other than laying down or sitting that isn’t light work.

@Coach_Alejo @baytown26 @mboyle1959 Would you say to your athletes, just lay in your bed for 24hours. Or would you maybe say. Go for a walk and do some light mobility work? Especially if there has been some travel involved.

@Daynniteentert1 is this service still running. Have messaged a number of times last couple of days. Not getting anything other than loading screen on every channel. Any update?
