To sum up, the SI joint is built for stability and force transmission, it has extremely strong ligaments, there are no muscles that work directly to โmove this jointโ it is a creaking joint which protects the pelvis from rigidity and unwanted forces. Time to stop the nonsense.

This study is a classic example of why reading the title and abstract is not enough to assess a study! In this case youโd miss a MAJOR limitation - at no point did they actually assess pelvic drop or knee valgus during running! ๐โโ๏ธ๐คฆโโ๏ธ
