A #dearcustomer was so drunk he didn't remember checking in and tried to check in again three hours later.
This #dearcustomer has been waiting for the elevator for literally 10 minutes. He never pressed the button.

Pet peeves I didn't know I had until it happened: Grown-ass adults who say "Li-Barry" instead of "Library".
