AA LAS-DCA is an interesting route because it’s a domestic route with a ton of foreign tourists shuttling between US tourist destinations. I don’t think I’ve heard this many languages on one flight as I did while boarding.

.@AmericanAir your agent Michelle at C27 boarding AA3005 is by far the rudest agent I have encountered on any airline, and is a stain on the name of other great AA employees. She insisted I was wrong about a forced downgrade from MCE to Econ and repeatedly spoke down on me.

Hey @AmericanAir your agents at LAS don’t know that Platinum Pro can check bags up to 70lbs and wanted to charge me an overage even though our bag was 52 lbs because “it’s not in our paperwork.” It’s on your website. You should give them better paperwork. aa.com/i18n/travel-in…

My toddler has downed 2 AA buy on board fruit and cheese plates this weekend and we’ve avoided meltdowns so yes I value the inflight food benefit on the Barclays AA Aviator Silver MC at face value.
