the ACC is gonna have 4 playoff teams. If Georgia Tech, Miami, Louisville and Virginia all win out they’d be 11-1 with Tech and Virginia playing in the championship. And if Tech beats Duke today they will (pretty sure) all be favored in every remaining game on their schedule

@cbz41 @JoeyBergles there have been hypertrophy studies done on full ROM and lengthened partials showing that lengthened partials are the same or better for muscle growth. So if you’re wanting bigger muscles go all the down with ultimate knee flexion

@cbz41 @JoeyBergles No, going all the way down probably increases hypertrophy and definitely strengthens the joints and connective tissue more than partial reps.
