One of the most prominent nutrition myths, that is still being supported by our government policies today, is that we need three servings of dairy a day to get enough calcium and achieve optimal wellness. We now have plenty of research to show us this just isn’t the case.

I recommend water filters over bottled water, which is virtually unregulated, expensive, and not necessarily safer than tap water. And roughly 2/3rds of those water bottles wind up in the ocean and in landfills, polluting and poisoning waters and wildlife.
