@BarExamTutor Have bantered with people about this. It’s the govts job to prove every element, given the presumption of innocence. Underlying every element is mens rea, thus the govt has to prove that too.

@DaniAhnDirect I suppose my contention would be that there is a “presumption” of sanity. No unequivocal agreement. Secondarily, if the state has to prove every element for guilt, underpinning all of that is mens rea. Therefore the state has the duty to prove all that is supposed in an element.

@MericaCulture @PaulSpacey I would argue that title IX has contributed to the access that all American women have to development as players in schools.They have access to development that often other countries don’t provide and similarly focus on the men’s squads.I think Paul’s assessment is right.

@ChrisVannini Many such cases for millennials. 2010 World Cup bit me and soccer is still my favorite sport to watch and follow. Hate to say it, but in the US fan base and engagement is what makes quality teams. For the future of US Soccer, hopefully young fans get excited about soccer.

@chriswithans Both exams are curved exams. Neither show anything about raw intellect or ability. They measure your performance against your fellow test takers on a given administration. This should tell you all you need to know. Also should reveal OP’s real knowledge of any of the process.
