Quite the study to untangle. Both previous infection and vaccination work for pre-Delta and Delta. For Delta, previous infection seemed to be working better and pre-Delta, vaccination better. No time dependency for prior infection- that is hard to believe given clock work waves.

We don't know what most of them do and a lot are likely to not do anything to transmission or deadliness.

@jburnmurdoch With 59 cases only and questionable data and differences in testing capacity over time, is it really even reasonable to make a graph like this? This is has so many issues.
People making inferences about transmission rate from 59 cases in a tiny region of S. Africa. This is bad science.
