A zoning reform that flew under my radar this year: over the summer, Florida banned zoning referenda. These are deeply dysfunctional, often used to block specific projects and liberalizing reforms.

Traditional towns built prior to WWII like Phoenixville, PA are often among the wealthiest, most popular places. Yet, if they had to comply with modern zoning and parking laws, they would be illegal to build in most places today.
It's time to reform these broken regulations.
