That pile of old quotes is paid-for work sitting unused. Here are 6 sample reactivation texts for HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping and electrical, each with a real reason to reach out and a stop point. riotdigitalai.com/guides/dead-le…

A plumbing customer with water through the ceiling won't leave a voicemail. Here are 3 sample texts for leaks, no hot water and estimates, plus the handoff that sends real emergencies to a human. riotdigitalai.com/guides/missed-…

The base price is the smallest part of a roofing CRM bill, because seats, texting and onboarding fees add up. Run the first-year cost formula on every vendor with the same headcount before you pick. riotdigitalai.com/blog/crm-for-r…

An AI receptionist at a law firm should never answer "do I have a case?" Here's a sample intake script, an urgent-call routing table, and a four-number formula to price the after-hours calls you miss. riotdigitalai.com/blog/ai-recept…

Zapier counts a task for every action step, not every run. Say a 5-step Zap runs 1,000 times a month: that's 5,000 tasks, and when you hit the cap your lead follow-up Zaps pause. riotdigitalai.com/blog/zapier-vs…

You didn't miss a $300 service call. You missed that house's next 15 years of tune-ups, the AC swap and the water heater. Whoever picked up gets all of it.

@scottyfost so voicemail just went from free to a lead you paid for and handed to the next shop. if you run LSA, a missed-call text-back is now the cheapest line on the bill

A reminder the day before leaves people the least time to react. Try 4 texts instead: at booking, 72 hours out, 24 hours out and 2 hours out, then call only the ones who stay quiet. riotdigitalai.com/guides/automat…

"We'll get back to you within 24 hours." Translation: we'll get back to you after you hired someone else. The shop that texts back in 5 minutes doesn't have to be better. Just first.

The sign says closed. The phone doesn't care. Every after-hours call that hits voicemail is a free lead for whoever's next on Google.

@WilsonCompanies cheapest marketing dollar is the one you already spent. pull last month's call log and count the unanswered calls from your ads. fix that before you buy one more click

@boringAI and if it goes to voicemail, leave a message and time the callback. a shop that calls back next morning at 10 has a leak nobody puts on the P&L

@Stephen82882791 math nit: $2,800 a month is about $93 a day, so $1,500 is covered in ~16 days, not 3 weeks. even better pitch. the hard part is getting a plumber to actually count the missed calls

@AmolWalunjsv18 8pm in July is the easy version. first cold night in MN its 10pm, the furnace is dead and whoever picks up books their whole week

@CobaltHere and they're not on X, they're on a ladder. the software that wins them is the one they never log into. phone gets answered, they get a text, done

@MarkLindheimer make the 14 day quote text name the actual job. "still want that furnace swap before the first cold snap?" reads like a person. "just checking in" reads like a bot

First cold night of the year, every furnace in town kicks on at once. The shop that picks up at 10pm books the week.

You don't have a lead problem. You have a phone on the dashboard and nobody in the truck. Check the call log before you raise the ad budget.

Who’s winning the AI (or SI) race currently?

@peterluisvenero the info@ inbox is worse. at least voicemail blinks at you
