In my meeting with Minister Oumar Demba Ba, Diplomatic Advisor to the @PR_Senegal, I commended Senegal for successfully hosting the @ForumDakarPS. We discussed importance of strong democratic institutions to support peace and security.

La résilience implique une adaptation constructive face aux changements. La démocratie est menacée dans de plusieurs régions du monde. Le @ForumDakarPS offre l'opportunité de discuter de ces défis et de se concentrer sur les solutions ici en Afrique, et dans le monde entier.

Resilience includes adapting positively to changes. Democracy is under threat in many places. The @ForumDakarPS provides an opportunity to discuss these challenges and focus on solutions here in Africa, and around the world.
