We work with B2B teams to design their ABM, brand-to-demand and revenue funnels around how buyers actually buy, foundation first. If that's on your mind, let's connect. I would love to explore how we can help.

The gap to watch: ~17% of orgs have deployed AI agents, 60%+ plan to within 2 years. That's where the failures are coming from. The winners won't ship the most agents. They'll have built something worth running them on.

Every board has the same line right now: go AI-first, do more with less. Six months later, the tool sits at 5% adoption, with nothing to show for it. Gartner says 40%+ of agentic AI projects will be killed by 2027. And it's almost never the tool. A thread:

Quick check: can you see accounts before the form? Track buying groups, not MQLs? Respond in minutes? Equip the champion? If you're working on any of these, I'd love to help. Connect or DM me and let's explore it together.

REVENUE. It's a lagging indicator of how clean the first 3 stages were. And ~80% of deals stall on internal consensus, not your pitch. Arm the champion for the room you're not in.

B2B buyers spend just 17% of their journey talking to sales (Gartner). So why is your funnel built to start the second someone fills a form? By then ~80% of the buying journey is already over. A thread on fixing that:

Wrong question about AI in sales. The right one: Are we asking AI to do things humans are better suited for? AI accelerates. Humans decide. Gartner 2026: AI is not the hero. It's the accelerant. Human Led. AI Powered. #B2BSales #AI #MoreShotsOnGoal

Most companies say they're doing ABM. Most are doing account-based advertising. The mistake: focused on the account, forgetting they sell to people. An account doesn't buy. People do. Reach the buying group. Not just the logo. #B2BMarketing #ABM #GTM #MoreShotsOnGoal

Had a candid conversation this week that got me thinking. The question that stuck: 'AI to do what you already do faster — or things you couldn't before?' Most teams: first. Teams pulling ahead: second. Tech isn't the hard part. Thinking is. #AI #GTM #MoreShotsOnGoal

5/ The SDR hasn't changed. The motion around them has. That's the difference between teams that scale and teams that struggle. #B2BSales #SDR #GTM #MoreShotsOnGoal
