After watching real people try to diet, one thing surprised me: Most don’t quit because results are slow. They quit because tracking feels exhausting. What makes it feel like “too much”?
Biggest mistake I made dieting: Stopping tracking after a “bad” day. Tracking should feel neutral — not like punishment.
