You just had pancakes for breakfast. Your best friend is coming over to watch college football. There’s no school on Monday. Your parents don’t care how late you stay up. A perfect Labor Day weekend. You’re 40. It’s 2025.

@AmericanAir This might be the most painful experience I’ve ever gone through with any customer service department. How is this a way to run a business?

@AmericanAir desperately needs to revamp its Customer Relations department as I’ve now had two extremely painful conversations with their call center agents assigned to my case. Hoping the “escalation team” is of more use and can have a logical conversation with me

@JetBlue After finally getting through and taking my information the baggage claim team at JFK calls and doesn’t leave a voicemail and no contact information on how to get in touch?? What’s happening here? This is embarrassingly poor customer service and not at all what I’d expect

@JetBlue With two kids under 6 how can we be expected to sit and wait in the airport? We were told there weren’t even any loaners to be offered which is very surprising. I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes now still waiting to speak with someone on the phone.

@JetBlue lost my kid’s car seat and doesn’t even have loaners while it’s sorted out. What do you expect us to do?

Just watched as my all time favorite bottle of scotch, @The_Macallan 18yr, just had the cork break in half and disintegrate into the bottle! How?!

While movers are in high demand, I highly suggest anyone BUT @FlatRate_Moving ... Unless you want this to happen. Oh, almost forgot, and they stole alcohol from me too

@IconParkingNYC One would think it’s easier to simply pay a bill in this environment...waiting to hear back, sent you a message with my details.

@IconParkingNYC Is your payment system down? I can't make payments and I can't get in touch with anyone at customer service. Your voicemail box is even full...

@ACElecConnect There's an entire condominium building with 200+ residents (at least) as noted on your site without power. I realize you're overwhelmed but "Crew Dispatched" for hours now can't be the only update? Zip code 08402

@NBADraftWass Why can't the Knicks just draft an NCAA athlete?! I have PTSD from all these foreign born players that seem to never work out. Tell me I'm wrong, Wass!

@Nike sneakers ordered way back on April 29th were supposed to be delivered today. Still no word they’ve even been shipped. I get slow shipping but no communication either?

@BettermentHelp are you seeing a liquidity crunch? Are you having trouble funding withdrawal requests with this volatility?

@VerizonSupport I receive a monthly credit adjustment for a billing error when I renewed my subscription. I'm notified each month of the recurring adjustment and December was quoted 20 out of 24
