Dear incoming interns: Remember that your attendings have been practicing medicine for years, while you're essentially getting a new job every 4 weeks. Know that your job is not to know everything. You job is to show up, ask questions, & care deeply for your patients.

With #patient & #caregiver stories HCPs can see with other eyes, think with other minds, feel with other hearts, as well as their own. Stories aren’t data but they strengthen data and provide meaning that can lead to new & better understanding of what brings your patient to you.
