#AmericanAirlines cancelled or greatly delayed flight in Phoenix. Sat in plane 1hour plus. Trying to re-book. One person in customer assistance. Unacceptable.

@AlaskaAir Susana through text fixed it but how many people just pay the $220 because you phone customer service says so. Your phone service just gave me another number where I was told I’d get a call back in 35 minutes. Still waiting but I was able to find text.

@AlaskaAir upset with customer service. Made reservation online. It would not let me enter middle name. I completed reservation and IMMEDIATELY called customer service to add middle name. Was told there would be $220 charge. No. have now gone into customer service Hell.

Okay, finally got resolved when I “Groked” my way to a way to text customer service. Alaska, Susannah on text service was great but your process, as I whole, was very frustrating.

@AlaskaAir to add to earlier, when I called one number they kept trying to give me a medic alert button (which I’m sure was a subscription service eventually) and I never got a real person. Still waiting 45 minutes later for promised call within 35 minutes

@BogartJim I’ve learned that if I ever say “this horse is really going to good”, I should just call the vet.

@maggimoss Yes. Everytime we rescue one of ours when it’s obviously time, the trainer always asked for payment. I had one say that if I didn’t take him, he’d ship to another state and race there. Scum. We took him, spent the money to retrain and found him a beachfront home.

@NNP_W_Light @OleTimeHardball He had two different pitching careers. Before his injury, he was fantastic. Nolan Ryan was clearly number 2 to him.

@ThePlattersOFCL Saw these folks in concert tonight and they were incredible. On top of the songs you expect, done wonderfully, their rendition of How Great Thou Art is the best I’ve ever heard. That, in itself was worth the price of admission but they did much more.

@ArifHasanNFL I was raised on a farm in the Central Valley. When I went to college, people kept asking me what part of Texas I was from. The Valley had an accent
