Ordered a phone on Amazon India on 25th February with next day delivery . Still to receive it. Customer care is either giving false assurances since 27th for EOD delivery n one also actually suggesting to cancel it at my end.. help @amazonIN @AmazonHelp

@AmazonHelp What efforts are being made to have it delivered... Simply apologizing won't help unless some effort is made to fulfill the reciprocal obligations of Amazon if next day delivery. This is misleading advertising and total breach of promises.

@AmazonHelp Also as far as sharing screenshots is concerned, I'm simply highlighting the fact that even your SM team doesn't understand the issue here. Looks like I'm being manipulated to opt for cancellation as amazon isn't providing any timelines for delivery

@AmazonHelp Ma'am I've already emailed them but their responses aren't helpful at all. Fact is that I came here on X because they couldn't help. I'm forced to keep highlighting this here so that someone who can actually help notices how unfairly I'm being treated.

@AmazonHelp Like I said I have already replied to the emails. But the SM team also has the same suggestion. No one seems to acknowledge that it's amazons fault and seems to suggest that "oh well u didn't cancel so keep waiting and we can't let u know till when"

@AmazonHelp As informed, i've already written to them but its my right to keep highlighting the issue until the same is suitably resolved to my satisfaction and I intend to continue doing so until someone at @amazonIN actually rolls up their sleeves and addresses this

@AmazonHelp I've already replied but what use is it if no one understands the issue...I'm being asked to cancel and reorder to get quicker delivery as amazon cannot get it delivered to me.. that's absurd and makes no sense. Why should the customer suffer?
