@sohmehta Easiest CRM you have ever tried. Just plug it into you AI through the MCP. Can easy be used to save all your content while you create skills etc. internally we use it as a place to keep our agents structured.

Neither do half their customers, and that's kind of the business model. It's a database for customer information that became so expensive to configure that companies hire consultants to run it. And once the consultants have built your workflows in it, leaving costs more than staying.
Agree on the diagnosis, disagree on the conclusion. The one-tiny-problem playbook died because buyers got tired of paying five subscriptions to run one workflow. What still works is being the thing that replaces four tools instead of being the fifth. That's slow and unsexy to build, which is exactly why nobody clones it in an afternoon with Codex.
