.@Telstra have taken 4 days and prommsied to get someone to contact me regarding hardship due to covid. Instead of contacting me they have just switched my service off. Good job looking after your customers during a pandemic guys! Nice work!

.@bluehost Speaking to one of you support team they let slip that you have been charging money from me for years for "site Backup Pro" but you no longer provide that service anymore? Not just that, I can not cancel it either?!? What is going on?!?!

Classic great @Telstra customer service again today. An hour and a half on the phone and only hung up on 3 times. Issue still not resolved and was bullied by one of your representatives. Really love that customer experience!!!!

.@cityofmelbourne @VicGovAu while I and many other appreciate these new dedicated cycling lanes, the installment could be handled better though. It seems like a bit of an oxymoron as it's now more dangerous to cycle down these lanes.

Hey @Apple its wonderful you can update you OS to have great useful features such as a jerrybuilt voice assistant you paid over $200m for, but how about you update your archaic spell checkers vocabulary for us out there who have learning disorders? Just a thought.
