@cfdalton @AmericanAir @AlaskaAir Looked, don't qualify due to 1hr+ change. They're going to have to be flexible with their customers. Not seeking to cheat them, just seeking r/s flight for trip in 4/2021. They're seeking aid from gov - they shouldn't plan on keeping our $$$$'s too. Fingers crossed u get refund!

@GregAF19 @AmericanAir @AlaskaAir Rendezvous Resort - closed thru May 31st at a minimum. They are rebooking folks when able thru the next year - no fees, etc. Reading St Lucia Times - I'd be prepared for them to shut down all resorts. Good luck!

@AmericanAir Booked trip to St Lucia in June 2019 for April 2020. Resort closed, rebooked stay for April 2021. @AmericanAir options - can cancel, but have to rebook travel before June 2020 - what?!? @AlaskaAir putting customers 1st, gave me full refund, no problems, on separate flight in May
