Nice walk this morning, incorporated a family visit and a stop off for lunch, total distance for the day 12.2 miles, total steps 25,607
Garmin steps challenge for this week. Nearly 20,000 steps a day,quiet day today, been doing the electrics for the lighting in my back garden
Posts compare vaping against smoking, for the individual, it’s like comparing the H bomb to a bullet, it is safer BUT NOT SAFE, the extent of the danger is not fully known yet. I only want a full study and research into vaping alone, with comprehensive results, not comparisons
Walk run tonight with the club, it was hard going the breathing wasn’t easy tonight, but got round with a reasonable distance and time, total distance for the day 12.3 miles total steps 24,959
Not a quick one as I was walking the dog
Might have a few incidental steps today but that’s the morning walk done,
Finally got back to doing some exercise total distance for the day 13.1 miles total steps 26,711
Finally got most of the jobs out of the way in the house, took the grandsons to school, went for a coffee, then the barbers, a bit of shopping then back home, it was slightly further but the touch screen turned the watch off. Total distance 9.59 miles total steps 20,401
No organised workout walks at the moment, still a bit busy, took the kids to school this morning and walked the dog tonight, total distance for the day 7.42 miles total steps 15,132
Well after finally getting a nice walk this morning, I have had an active day, finished off with a 2.5 mile dog walk total distance for the day 15.3miles total steps 31,491

This alternative exercise is really hard work, apart from a 1.4 mile round trip taking the grandsons to school, I then spent 7 hours building flat pack furniture. Ended up doing 6.79 miles and 13,487 steps.. very sore
For those suffering with breathlessness and or mobility issues, try this group on FB, 3 “exercise snacks” a day 8 am, 12 noon and 4pm UK time, gentle exercise or warm up. Give it a go.
Morning walk, did this walk this morning but had to abandon due to hailstones wind and rain.
Finally getting some decent sleep. I have been existing on 4 hours broken sleep for ages, supplemented with a daytime “nap”. But since being told about coherent breathing, it has been a life changer for me
Went to hospital after my first exacerbation, they prescribed Salbutamol, spacer & peak flow meter, I kept track of my breathing blowing 275 - 350 & 400 on a good day, peak flow meters were mentioned in a group, I tried it tonight after 3.5 years, happy with that.
Well 3.5 miles in the house with DIY activity, boring but necessary, managed to get my daughters dog out for a walk tonight, it’s never a fast pace with him, total distance for the day 6.94 miles, total steps 14,529
Had new windows fitted today home improvements messing with my exercise, I went to check on progress just as the guy opened a strong spirit based cleaner, it hurt my lungs and made me feel sick, but took the dog out later still did 5.25 miles 10,438 steps

@Stevebowen307 @Garry42779 You can have both asthma & copd I was tested for COPD asthma overlap on top of my severe asthma a couple of years ago but I was told no just severe asthma I asked my consultant as my GP said she didn’t know you can have both The consultant said good shout but it wasn’t luckily
