共情的特点可能会好说话，但对于宏观抽象思维强的人，可以很好地解决掉错误场景的共情：就是站在更高的高度看问题，想问题，做事情。

这份焦虑代表着我的事业在成长，代表着我和团队在解决一个困难的问题。所以，焦虑从来不是创业者的敌人，而是在战场上高负荷运转时，身体与大脑为我提供的“战术应激能量”。不与它博弈，把它当作背景音，然后继续带兵打仗，这就是最顶级的自愈。
我前端时间陷入到很长的一段焦虑中，到达了焦虑躯体化的程度。经过一长段时间的内耗和反思，现在应该是解决了焦虑的问题。如何解决并不是消除掉焦虑，而是和焦虑并存。我感受到实际从小到大，每一次焦虑都意味着伴随而来的成长和进步。
哪所大学（哪怕名不见经传）拥有解决公司未来3-5年**“卡脖子”技术难题**的唯一钥匙？
考察候选人，需回答两个核心问题：Can Do（硬条件） & Will Do（软特质）。
