@Lemonade_Inc Is this some kind of tactic to STRONG ARM INSURED CUSTOMERS WITH ACCEPTED CLAIMS to avoid providing COVERAGE I am legally obligated to receive?

@Lemonade_Inc we had a pipe burst in NY and at the start, I was optimistic based on how the claim was progressing. Now it is being handled so poorly it is on track to becoming the new "worst" for my contractor with 40+ years of experience...

@Lemonade_Inc Their audit was extremely unprofessional and they are trying to cut REASONABLE and CUSTOMARY billing from the mitigation invoice. They are trying to cut the ~$15k cost by ~$9k.

@Lemonade_Inc The process of the initial claim and assigning an adjuster visit went smoothly and the adjuster agreed in person and in scope to the proposed repairs. I am very concerned and disappointed with Acorn, Lemonade’s partner.

@MTA a kid lost his shoe when getting on 111st station on the Manhattan-bound 7 line. Here is a picture of the shoe - can you please have someone from the track team look for it?

@MTA there is a phone on the tracks of the F train (Manhattan-bound) at the 21st queensbridge stop. It’s just under the walkway overpass in the station. You should have somebody retrieve it! #nyc #smartphone #publictransit #mta

@united if you cared 1% you would’ve helped me make my connecting flight. This was completely preventable

@united ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I RAN as fast as I could through IAD - had I been out of shape I could’ve had a HEART ATTACK FROM THE EXHAUSTION AND STRESS.

@United doesn’t care ONE BIT whether I make my flight or not. Many other large international airlines provide services to help their CUSTOMERS MAKE THE FLIGHTS THEY PAID FOR. for example @airfrance @Delta helps get you to your gate ASAP and tells the gate you’re on the way
