@ZubyMusic Nobody knows for sure. Nobel prize work in identifying it. Lots of finger pointing. Some new chemical. There is a metabolic state where the body starts accumulating fat as fast as it can - like a bear getting ready for hibernation. Once you hit that state, you are screwed.

@ZubyMusic Average caloric intake hasn't changed during the same timeline so it is likely 2 sources. 1) Less protein, which is great for LBM and takes more energy to process, and more carbs. 2) A lot more chemicals and preprocessed foods. x.com/alpacaaurelius…

@NFG_1998 There's a perfectly reasonable conservative argument to support Ukraine. We may actually be able to take down Russia. Again. Without nuclear weapons and without US deaths. And the money isn't really real when it gets to the Government level. We can probably make it all back.

Fridley Police arrested 11 people exploring the sewers Monday night. One of those arrested said they traveled under critical infrastructure, including a BNSF rail yard and the Minneapolis water treatment plant, all the way to the Mississippi River. Ages ranged from 18-35.
