@LeCreusetUK I sent two emails but haven’t heard back. I have several of your non stick pans and treat them all the same but on one of them, the surface is bubbling and peeling away. Can you let me know how to arrange a replacement please?

@Garmin It’s lasting about 3 days (down from ~16 a few weeks ago) between charges. Running software 23.18, and happens regardless of activity. I have not made any config changes and have tried all the online recommendations for battery optimisations.

@GarminUK @Garmin I bought an Epix Pro gen 2 about 18 months ago for about £500, and your recent software update dragged it from 14-16 days battery life to ~3 days overnight. When is this getting fixed? This isn’t ok for a high end smart watch.

@Se_Railway I have taken 8 trains so far this year - 6 were delayed, and on 3 I had to stand for 45 minutes. You deserve every penny of the fare increase - don’t spend it all on this great service though, please save some to make sure the ceo receives a decent bonus.

Called @SkyUK in a good mood with a reasonable question - 10 minutes of being cycled through automated options later, and I'm frustrated, angry and still haven't managed to get even close to speaking to someone. I'd have rather sat on hold than be given the illusion of progress.
