@TfL Hi. Wanted to draw attention to the zebra crossing on Midland Road outside St Pancras station. I can’t help but think this would be better/ safer being traffic light controlled… drivers often barge their way through even with people on the crossing.

@TLRailUK how can you claim delay repay if you tap in with a debit card ? One hour gap in service tonight for trains running north to Bedford from London. Why does the service never work !

@TLRailUK Appalling communications. Station staff at St Albans had no idea what was going on, what trains were going and when. Entire train loads of people being called to different platforms at moment notice. Small wonder no one was hurt

The manager even admitted the reason why… as you were making more money from another film so had to bump people. That’s fine but don’t notify 10 minutes before the start and then act like a refund is you doing a favour

@cineworld hi … my partner booked to see a film at your Luton branch yesterday which was cancelled 10 minutes before the start. So far we ve been offered a ticket refund but the booking fee is being retained ???? I mean really. How do you think that would hold up ?

@jlandpartners horrific customer service. Faulty Nest thermostat, told by customer service team incorrectly to speak to Google despite guarantee with you. Customer service then call to apologise offer a refund; we have part removed at our expanse and now told can’t have refund !
