@ReadyHarris Hell has frozen over in Cinco Ranch/Katy. We have been without power since yesterday morning. Came to brother’s with my 80 yr. old parent and his “restored” power went out again as we arrived. This is challenging to say the least.

@FannieMae Hugh- What about making an exception for an 80 year old with medicial conditions on a cash out re-fi? Ridiculous that she is required to physically sign at title during COVID. She has a POA and attorney cert. stating prop address and that she signed POA in attorney office.

@FannieMae If you are community focused during COVID, then you would have exceptions policy in place for 80 year old with conditions doing cash out re-fi. Ridiculous for 80 yr old to have to come physically sign at title. She has a Power of Attorney& Attorney Cert. stating prop. address
