@Uber your model sucks. Had four drivers cancel on me because they didn’t want to take a $23 ride from an offsite car rental at EWR to an airport hotel. All this after they all accepted the ride. Wasted 30 minutes sitting.

@xfinity Internet service is atrocious, and that’s an understatement. Service down multiple times yesterday followed by multiple outages again today. How can their service be that unreliable? Time to look at other options.

@Xfinity and @comcast just a note to say thank you to Matt Rixey from the Xfinity store in Rio Grande, NJ. He spent over two hours with me helping to resolve an Xfinity mobile issue that has been going on for two weeks. He went above and beyond.

@XfinitySupport Going on more than three weeks now without a resolution to my Xfinity mobile issues. You clearly don’t want to help a customer that has two mobile lines and two different homes with Xfinity Wi-Fi. I am trying to get two new phones for my existing lines with trade-ins

@XfinitySupport horrendous support. Have internet for two homes and two mobile lines. Can’t get anyone to resolve an open mobile support ticket. Why stay with Xfinity?

@lyft, how do you promote “priority pick-up” and show a pick up in 4 minutes, but then let a driver accept my ride who first has to drop another rider off? That 4 minutes turned into more than 20 minutes. Awful and unacceptable.

@xfinity and the outages continue for Xfinity WiFi. Two outages this week alone followed by five months in a row with at least one outage per month. AWFUL!

@Xfinity how is it acceptable to have WiFi service outages so frequently? 5/1, 6/29, 7/6, 8/1, 8/13, 9/6 and again today, 9/16. Just horrible!

Statement by President George W. Bush: "Today, a young man was murdered in cold blood while expressing his political views. It happened on a college campus, where the open exchange of opposing ideas should be sacrosanct. Violence and vitriol must be purged from the public square. Members of other political parties are not our enemies; they are our fellow citizens. May God bless Charlie Kirk and his family, and may God guide America toward civility."

It breaks my heart and honestly makes my stomach turn to see people celebrating or mocking Charlie Kirk’s death just because they didn’t agree with his politics. He was a husband who loved his wife, a father who tucked his kids in at night, a son who made his parents proud. He was a real person with dreams, fears, and a family who are now shattered by his loss. To see his death turned into a cruel joke or a twisted victory lap because of political differences, it’s not just wrong, it’s soul-crushing. Imagine his wife trying to hold it together, her world turned upside down. Picture his children, confused and heartbroken, asking why their dad isn’t coming home. These are real people, carrying a pain most of us can’t even fathom, and yet some are out there acting like his death is a point for their side. It’s sickening. Disagree with his views all you want—argue, debate, get heated—but celebrating a man’s death? That’s a line we should never cross. It rips at the very fabric of what makes us human. I could never imagine cheering or making light of someone like Jasmine Crockett’s death if she were shot and killed, no matter how far apart our beliefs might be. The thought alone feels like a punch to the gut. That’s not what decent people do—we don’t dance on graves to settle scores.

@vrbo customer service is non-existent. On hold for over 40 minutes followed by waiting more than 30 minutes for a live chat agent with no luck. Awful.

@KenyaAirways is a joke. They changed a flight that resulted in the need for a refund. Refund form submitted July 9th. Still no refund. Have been lied to by customer svc for weeks now on multiple calls.
