@AloyEjimakor It's our right to Agitate

Today’s “hearing” of Onyendu MAZI NNAMDI KANU’s case is concluded. We stood our ground & told the Judge that she no longer possesses jurisdiction over MNK & that we appeared “under protest”. Onyendu took the center stage & spoke eloquently. FYI: The proceedings today is illegal.

@AloyEjimakor Release Mazi Nnamdi KANU

@ChinasaNworu Kenya,A senseless and woo country

Kenya, The Headquarters of government sponsored Abduction in Africa William Ruto was Kenya’s Vice-President when Mr Kanu and Dr Miguna were abducted. In 2022, he became president. On 16 November 2024, leading Ugandan opposition politician, Dr Kiza Besigye, who was in Nairobi to attend the launch of a book by former Kenyan Justice Minister and senior lawyer, Martha Karua, disappeared. Five days later, he surfaced before a military tribunal in the custody of the Uganda Peoples Defence Force (UPDF) on fanciful charges of illegal possession of firearms. The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Türk, expressed shock at “the abduction of Ugandan opposition politician Kiza Besigye on 16 November 2024 in Kenya and his forcible return to Uganda.” iconsnews.com/2025/01/kenya-… @real_IpobDOS @XHNews @TheAfricaReport @StateHouseKenya @VoixSahel @GoitaAssimi @CapitaineIb226 @AUC_PAPS @citizentvkenya @StandardKenya @CapitalFMKenya @WilliamsRuto @amnesty @UNGeneva

Togo is considering the possibility of joining the Alliance of Sahel States (AES) established by Mali, Niger, and Burkina Faso after quitting ECOWAS. By strengthening ties with Togo, the landlocked Alliance of Sahel States countries could gain access to the sea through the Togolese coast and the port of Lomé, facilitating the import and export of goods.Mali, Niger, and Burkina Faso, governed by military regimes, announced their intention to withdraw from ECOWAS, claiming it is being manipulated by their former colonial power. Me-: ECOWAS is going to die a natural death because deep state (France & other western countries ) behind it . Gradually things are changing. “France will soon Portugal 🇵🇹 for bench” @real_IpobDOS @radiobiafralive @IgboHistoFacts @Ecowas_cdc @NationMali @CapitaineIb226 @GoitaAssimi

“In this struggle for equity & justice in Nigeria, our only true voice remains Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Those in power have tried to silence him at every turn. When leaders are afraid to demand the rights of their people, it becomes evident that they are compromised” - Basil Onwukwe.

@EjioforBar What about their time wasted, their family and their life.

Every day these people want IPOB to be on defensive mode , “Ndi DOS amaghi ihe anaru” Just imagine someone defending Mazi Nnamdi Kanu how he is involved in all these financial activities with Federal government after the rendition of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu . All of you who have tried to tarnish the image of this struggle that people have died it shall never be well with all of you . ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Nnamdi Kanu’s Lawyer Aloy Ejimakor Pockets Multi Million Naira contracts from FG while Evading Tax. Despite these laws, De Atlantic Investments Ltd, with Ejimakor as one of its directors, has successfully secured multiple government contracts. These contracts, worth hundreds of millions of naira, raise serious questions about the company’s eligibility to benefit from public funds while avoiding its tax obligations. The transactions reveal substantial payments from several Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs). On March 27, 2020, the company received ₦12,847,604.31 from the Federal Ministry of Niger Delta for consultancy services related to an environmental impact assessment (EIA) project in Ideato North, Imo State. Subsequently, on July 28, 2021, the Federal Ministry of Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs paid the company ₦78,739,224.30 for the development of a monitoring and evaluation system. Further records show that on December 3, 2021, the Agricultural Research Council of Nigeria transferred ₦7,428,987.03 to De Atlantic Investments Ltd. On December 20, 2021, the Nigeria Agricultural Quarantine Service made a payment of ₦30,963,720.92 for a contract involving testing contaminants in animal products for export. The company continued to secure federal contracts even in 2023 and 2024. On September 26, 2023, the Federal Cooperative College in Oji River disbursed ₦8,648,000.00 for the supply of rice milling machines, followed by another ₦8,648,000.00 on October 19, 2023. A large payment of ₦169,200,000.00 was made by the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security on May 10, 2024, for an emergency supply of rice to Imo West Senatorial District. Most recently, on September 14, 2024, the Federal College of Land Resources Technology, Owerri, transferred ₦39,127,500.00 as part of a mobilization payment for the construction of a multipurpose conference hall in Ohaji/Egbema. The total amount received by De Atlantic Investments Ltd from these eight contracts is ₦355,603,036.56. Despite receiving substantial payments from federal projects, evidence points to the company’s failure to meet its tax obligations, a violation of Nigerian tax laws and procurement regulations. The Nigerian Constitution and the Public Procurement Act also emphasize that a company must be fully compliant with tax laws to qualify for federal contracts. The fact that De Atlantic Investments Ltd continues to win government contracts while allegedly evading taxes demonstrates a serious breach of the law. secretsreporter.com/nnamdi-kanus-l…

The Judge in #MNK’s case was recused partly because the Supreme Court said: ‘The indifference of the trial court to these attacks on the respondent (MNK) & the violations of his rights while he was in custody of the law rendered the IMPARTIALITY of the trial Judge suspect’.
