@putt4dough24 As a caddie, I got to play it each Monday in high school. It's on my bucket list to play again now that actually know how to swing a club.

If we can get the socialists out of the way, America will dominate for another 250 years.

@Top100Rick Like with putting, it helps to get a feel for the amount of force that is needed for the shot, since you're rarely on the number. The only way to achieve this is through a few swings.

@nickgalano @AtomicEiden To be fair, selling at $110/share was smart and showed a lot of foresight. Who could have possibly guessed that today it $OKLO would be trading below $33/share.

@troy_mccann ... and the $16 million Day One put in the pot is now worth $290 million or so. Hard to feel bad for them.

@mashadrokova @isaiah_p_taylor Your $16M is now worth more than $275M. If you hold on to the shares, it will likely be a $1B+ in the next ten years. Don't blow it all on Quinn.

@isaiah_p_taylor It looks like Day One's early $16M investment is now worth more than $275M. Sucks to get stiff armed on participating in future rounds, but I'm guessing Valar has been one of their best bets to date. As long as they don't shoot themselves in the foot, Day One will do fine.

@lpolovets Looks like Solution 3) was chosen: Make initial pro rata conditional on the interest of the company.

@immad Democracy is nine wolves and a lamb voting on what's for dinner. And other times it's nine sheep voting to cast the black sheep out.

@PalmerLuckey @isaiah_p_taylor To be fair, the AI in your hardware could have misinterpreted the double-fisted instructions and done some actual physical harm. 🤣

@smod4real @isaiah_p_taylor *Conditional rights* apparently Per contract, the majority had the unconditional right (and obligation really) to change how future rounds would be allocated. Valar couldn't do this on their own. Looks like the majority did what was best for the company in the long run.

@mashadrokova @isaiah_p_taylor Valar is the only SMR to make electrons. They were not selected for the JANUS program. I'm beginning to wonder if that was because of who was on their cap table.
