You can have the biggest chest in the world and still look like you've never lifted a gram of weight your entire life. But build a well rounded delt (even with a paper chest) and absolutely no one will doubt your supremacy.

Preachers of "lift heavy weight, to lose weight" have never tried it with a gym newbie. It's all good until complications set in. I'm of the opinion that you're more likely to quit if you try to use weightlifting for fat loss. Especially if you've only trained for less than 1½yrs

Without ads? No company in the world produce more ads than churches. They put out so much ad you've probably become desensitized at this point. Posters, billboards, flyers and the most willing ground armies you'll ever come across.

It's amazing how a proper diet + structured movement can reverse HBP. I've seen it happen way too many times that it's alarming how people aren't doing enough or it.
