@danny_ruderock @SCoach_Aldo @SimpliFaster Really great point you make about “Creating an Optimal transient window for load to be applied and received”. Skin and fascia have to move independent and if there are adhesions between them the increased load goes to the ligaments, muscles, and tendons. Take care of your fascia!

Sunday Reminder- it’s not about what you like! Too many coaches train their clients the way they train themselves. Training should be safe, smart and make people feel better, not worse. Don’t be a “beer and ice cream trainer” I like both but they’re not for everyone.
