So I saw a mad man in VI today. Then this thought kept creeping to my head. If this man was in India in one Hindu stronghold, he would have been worshipped as father Lord the most high. These people worship the Dick for fxck sake!

I bet you did not see that coming did you? 😮‍💨🔥

@jon_d_doee None of his business.

Ikoko Akufo: A True Classic! This song is 20 years old and still one of our most popular tracks. When we perform it, everyone starts grooving💃🏾🕺🏾

The Kogi tribe of Colombia selects certain babies to spend their first NINE YEARS in COMPLETE DARKNESS. No sunlight. Not even moonlight. They are trained to connect with what the Kogi believe is an invisible cosmic consciousness behind all life. The Kogi select these children at birth to become Mamas, the spiritual leaders of the Kogi. They are raised in dark caves, where their mothers and spiritual teachers teach them about rivers, mountains, trees, animals, and the Sun without letting them see them. Their training also completely reverses their normal sleeping patterns. They sleep during the day and remain awake at night, learning sacred stories, songs, and the sounds of nature. Anthropologists have described this unusual upbringing as an attempt to change how these children experience time and space. Even when they are occasionally taken outside at night, they are blindfolded to prevent them from seeing the world. The Kogi believe the physical universe originates in an invisible realm of consciousness called Aluna, where everything exists spiritually before taking physical form. They believe that by keeping these children in darkness, they can develop a connection with this invisible reality before experiencing the physical world. Imagine being nine years old and having never seen sunlight, a tree, a mountain, or even the faces of the people who raised you. Then, after spending your entire childhood learning about the world through sounds, stories, and spiritual teachings, you finally emerge into daylight and see everything for the first time. Some accounts describe future Mamas undergoing this training for as long as 18 YEARS. The Kogi believe these spiritual leaders can communicate with the forces of nature and help maintain Earth's balance. They also believe modern humanity has forgotten its connection to this invisible world. Do you think this kind of upbringing could unlock a different way of perceiving reality, or is it simply extreme sensory deprivation?

In my opinion @OPay_NG Design team are the best when it comes to Craft of design. #ProductDesign @JeffPapineau

Another tip for undergraduate and fresh graduates.. See ehn, your grade in school is important. I have spent the last few hours studying the profiles of the over 100 Nigerians that won the Erastus-mundus scholarship this year.. Over 40 percent had a first class. The HND graduates amongst them had a distinction. The rest had a second class upper. Some scholarships award grades for your class of degree. Secondly don't joke with CONFERENCES. If you are observant on campus, you will notice that some departments and faculties hold annual conferences were papers are presented and analysed. For those of you studying STEM courses, please attend conferences hosted by your faculty. Non-STEM courses are not exempted. Faculties of arts, social sciences and others host conferences too. You can equally attend conferences hosted by neighbouring schools as long as it's within your discipline. Talk to your lecturers. They attend conferences. let them tell you about them. Some are virtual conferences due to the pandemic. All these things make your profile look intimidating. Many of the people who won the scholarship I mentioned above already had one or two publications in journals. Some attended as much as five conferences as students. Some volunteered in their field and some ensured they did their industrial attachment in reputable organisations. Many of them knew they will be applying for scholarships after graduation so they started preparing as undergraduates. This information is gold. If you know you have plans to apply for foreign scholarships after graduation, start building your profile now.

We have NBM. We have The Buccaneers. We have the Norsemen/SVC. We have the SEC. We have the Maph, KK, 22, etc. The motto of - NBM: Social Justice and Equality (Fight against oppression). SVC: Service to Humanity. SEC: Correction from wrong to right (NF/NF). MAPH: Justice and Protection. Etc....... These associations have ground men who are ready to open the gate of hell at any time of day. If you visit NAIJA CONFRA’S PAGE, you will see that they open that gate of hell every day... But not to our evil politicians and their children. Not to terrorists and bandits. They open it for each other and to each other. Now, go back and read the mottos again. History has shown that organised brotherhoods do not have to exist only for themselves. In Italy, the Carbonari fraternity challenged absolute rule and pushed for constitutional government. In Germany, the Burschenschaften, which were actual student fraternities, became associated with demands for liberty, national reform and constitutional government, to the point that the political establishment tried to suppress them. There have been fraternities and brotherhoods whose members looked beyond internal rivalry and directed their organisation towards confronting the political conditions affecting ordinary people. So what exactly prevents the Nigerian versions from using their networks, numbers, influence, and discipline for building each other rather than fighting one another? With the sophisticated network these associations have, if they focus even 5% of their energy, organisation and ruggedness on helping the country regain sanity and putting serious civic pressure on the corridors of political power, they would actually be practising what their mottos preach. But instead, some of them have become tools in the hands of the same political class they should be questioning. Some of the politicians, governors, ministers and senators we complain about are themselves not strangers to these systems. Some are old metals, old ships, old birds in the game. Social Justice and Equality. Yet injustice surrounds us. Service to Humanity. Yet Nigerians are being killed and tormented by their politicians. Correction from Wrong to Right. Yet the wrong people continue to rule without serious resistance from these supposedly powerful networks. Justice and Protection. Yet ordinary people keep asking: justice for who, and protection from what? You all need to go back to the drawing board if you have any... Because if your brotherhood claims to stand for justice, humanity, equality, and correction of wrong, then the biggest test of that creed should not be another confraternity. It should be the condition of the society you live in. I remember one confraternity clash I witnessed back then in DELSU. It started over something almost ridiculous. Mr A looked at Mr B in a way Mr B didn’t like. Mr B confronted him and told him that if he wasn’t careful, he would “die like a chicken.” That one statement became the spark. Before long, it turned into a full-blown bloody clash that spread from DELSU down to Asaba. I was at Naira & Kobo that night, having pepper soup with my lodge mates, and Mr B was also at Naira & Kobo. Mr A arrived with his squad. And just like that, the gate of hell opened. You know why I referenced that experience? Because it showed me that men who can mobilise that quickly, & organise that fiercely with that level of intensity clearly have enormous collective power. The tragedy is where that power is often directed. Imagine if a fraction of that same coordination, courage and brotherhood were redirected toward resisting injustice and demanding accountability from leaders. That is the contradiction I am talking about. Your motto says justice. Your motto says humanity. Your motto says correction. Your motto says protection. So why is so much of the fire reserved for one another? 100% of NIGERIA’s problem? It is a people problem. OUR IDEOLOGY.

@annyzempire Have you heard of GMOs

@annyzempire Can you practically ask all the questions ❓ that's the big challenge, I think you start unravelling people when you get together. Beyond what they even know about themselves.

@AU79executioner Your eyeballs are defective.

In October 2021, a friend asked to help him with my car dealer's number. He chose a 2017 Toyota Camry, and the dealer sent him pictures of the available cars. After agreeing on the price of ₦7 million, my friend transferred the full amount to him. Surprisingly, instead of using the money to buy the car, the dealer absconded with the money to the United States with his wife and kids, I think he was halfway in processing for his relocation. He blocked both my friend and me on WhatsApp. I did everything possible to trace his parent, but all my efforts were unsuccessful. Since I was the one who connected them, I took responsibility and refunded 70% of the money to my friend. I paid him in two instalments. Then, in 2025, after four years, the same dealer contacted me. He apologised for what had happened and said he had shipped a 2023 Toyota Camry to Nigeria. He sent me a pick up location. I informed my friend about the development, and we discussed how to arrange the collection since he was no longer living in Lagos, now Abuja. However, when I updated some of the people around me, they protested against my decision. They frown that I should not have handed over the 2023 Toyota Camry to my friend because I had already refunded 70% of the money from my own pocket, especially after he had threatened to involve the police. Although, he paid back the 5million of 70 percent I refunded, after getting the car. Doing the right thing may not always earn you praise, but your conscience should matter more than people's opinions.

@Ayomipe_TM Something is wrong in your presidency. Or you need to go extra miles. You need to prove you deserve to be a leader above men.
