This is not “representation.” This is a near-total carve-out. After clearing MBBS and INI-CET, a general-category candidate is left fighting for just two open seats while 60 posts are locked behind category walls. Merit is secondary to the quota matrix. India will become a developed nation by 2047 exactly like this. First give reservation in NEET UG, then give reservation in NEET PG even at –40 marks. Then give reservation again at the job stage. Give reservation at every single step. No matter how much reservation you give to donkeys, they will never become horses.
