4/n I always prefer @emirates and @etihad but etihad has been a letdown over the past couple of experiences. Needless to say. I won’t be flying Etihad again!

2/n. I have been waiting at Transfer Services for 60 min now with no help. I called Etihad and was told a ticket is available for ~ USD 8,000 for the economy. Not sure where to laugh or cry at this point
