@JioCare You guys are pissing me off since 3 days. Upgraded my jio fibre for ott plan. Paid the money, plan activated but did not provide the STB so far. Called the customer care 8 times, 4 installation appointments scheduled, last one being TC000002GVNU. Nobody visited so far.

As told earlier, my concern is not regarding the service offered, but the quality and reliability of the vw polo I own. In 25 months with less than 15k km mileage I have already replaced starter motor and abs sensor!!! I as @volkswagenindia to replace my vehicle

@officiald2h Now we have successfully completed 10 bank working days after initiating the second refund and the amount is not credited back to my account. Still you people are re-escalating the issue. No solution at all. I have complained on 17th Jan 2021, a month before.
