Loyalty should never come at the expense of integrity. Anyone who asks you to violate your values doesn’t deserve your allegiance. Respecting your boundaries is a foundation of trust. The people worthy of commitment expect you to stand by your principles, not conform to theirs.

A2: The only way I get things done is if they're scheduled. Not sexy but if it's not on the calendar, it doesn't happen, no matter how important. So dedicated time for reflection is a must for me. #reflectED

A3: I ask myself what I can do today (or tomorrow) to take a step and translate thought into real action. When I can't get there on my own, I use one of my favorite colleagues as a sounding board to help me stop spinning in my own head. #reflectED

A1: Stepping out of day-to-day tasking helps me to think and better see the big picture. Reflecting typically uncovers big obvious barriers to my own growth that I wouldn't have otherwise noticed with my head buried. #reflectED
