Hindi masama ang Modernization ng public transport. Ang mahirap yung ipapasagot ng gobyerno sa mga mahihirap na drayber ang gastos. Bat di na lang Gobyerno ang mag pondo? Tapos gawing swelduhang maayos na may benepisyo, insurance, at job security ang mga drayber?
