Didn't realize this till recently. If you're over 50, you need to get your heart rate up for 20+ minutes several times/wk. If you walk your dog at a slow pace, even if it's 2 miles, it doesn't count. Sustained, elevated cardio (appropriate for you) is what's needed. Enjoy!

Consistency is key for exercise. But we all have down days when it's tough to get motivated. Give yourself a 'forgiveness' day at the gym 1-2x/month. Go. Walk on the treadmill. Listen to a podcast. That's good enough. It will set you up for a solid workout the next day.

I thought about what it means to use ChatGPT: It's like a New Year's resolution to exercise more. If you actually do so, you will benefit. If you don't, you will miss an opportunity to get healthier. Same for AI. A little every day is a good routine
