@TUIUK Hi, I'm trying to upgrade our booking but do not wish to pay the Care foundation fee. I'm struggling to see where I can remove this. Please could you advise. I've tried on both the app and online. Thanks

@nectar Hi I have had fraudulent spending of my points. I have now locked my card on the app but what else can I do to get my points back?

@UPS_UK Delivery date changed twice at the end of each supposed delivery day and then today delivery was allegedly attempted. My doorbell camera and CCTV camera footage show this to be an absolute lie!! Delivery was not attempted! Poor, dishonest service!!

@DunelmService Hi do you know if you will be getting anymore Carson chunky chenille armchairs (in mushroom colour) back in stock soon, if at all? We want to order a sofa in the same style but we aren't 100% sure to purchase it if the chairs won't be available too. Thanks

@nextofficial really disappointed that 2 of my new Logan plates cracked when hot food was put on them. I would expect better quality products given the cost of them

@dpd_support might be worth offering the option to people to collect their undelivered food especially when it's decided in the morning you won't attempt delivery but only tell them at 17:00 hours, or did you just fancy letting one of your drivers keep my food box? #justathought
