I think it is reasonable to ask the guests to do a small thing or two. Anything more than that and hosts are taking advantage. Minimum, the fees and guest cleaning reqs should be upfront. This would allow a natural order of capitalism. Buyer then decides if it's worth it.

I never thought I would say this. Just had a phenomenal experience at the DMV. With a scheduled appointment, it took my less then 10min to get my new vehicle registered and plates out the door and I didn't even need a check book and rep was nice!!! @ArapahoeClerk @ArapahoeCounty

I have noticed lately that @amazon is getting polluted by more cheaply made products, like @WalmartInc. There is still a lot of good stuff too on Amazon, just have to hunt more.
