Hi all Weve got a new timetabler writing next years timetable currently. It would be great to link them up with someone to talk through the strategic thinking required such as minimising movements, staff wellbeing etc. Is there anyone that people can recommend please?

Fitbit hasn't logged this properly, but the last time I stayed in London for pixl I was very groggy all day. Let's see if this 7.5 mile run makes things different today. Fitbit didn't log my first mile to London Bridge or St James Park to Trafalger Square to Westminster. Annoying

This time last year I'd have found a bar and sat in it until midnight. However fast forward a year and I was in bed for 10pm and been for a run to see Anfield this morning. Feel nice and fresh for the conference today #asclconference

Overall a successful first A Level results day as someone who has never worked in post-16. But can anyone give me their top tips or point me in the right direction to blogs on the best ways to analyse the data and pick out trends that are post-16 specific please?

End of the 11th year of teaching. A rollercoaster year, but I am privileged to have spent time in 2 schools with 2 sets of wonderful students - we really are so lucky to do our jobs! Here's to next year and the successes it will bring - but for now, time with my little munchkins

I am sick of the news reporting teachers are striking due to pay! It is not just about pay, and actually is one of the smaller reasons why they are striking! Give schools the budgets they deserve to spend on children!!!

As my time at Da Vinci draws to a close in 2 days time, it's good to reflect on the journey we've been on, remember the good times and the difference we have made to the lives of children in the community. Will be sad to leave but so excited for my new chapter at Aldercar!
