@MrEdByrne I genuinely laughed aloud at that, and that's no mean feat. I'm very relieved to hear that, too.

@ANZ_AU Hey ANZ team, if a credit card has been cancelled because it was compromised, & a new card (& new number etc) has been issued for the account holder, can a refund still be processed for the old credit card number & end up in the right place? Thank you.

@Qantas It's disappointing that your hold music keeps telling me I can upgrade when I'm trying to get an answer about why your system keeps having errors when I try. And yes, there's still availability. It just won't let me submit the request.

@Qantas Hey Qantas team, is something broken in your upgrade system? I've been trying to request an upgrade for my flight on Monday but it's been having errors all day.

@MildlyReal I haven't the bandwidth to even remotely think about this all right now, but I truly hope I don't lose touch with you (more than I already have).

@AaronJJacobs Me too. I actually watched The Roadrunner on my flight out. It was the first time I've watched him since he died. It was somewhat cathartic. I want to go through and watch all of Parts Unknown now. Maybe it healed something.

@ANZ_AU FWIW, the amazing Taylor from ANZ social media reached out to my mum (w/kindness, consideration, & compassion) this afternoon & fixed the issue ASAP. Huge relief. Thank you, Taylor! Credit where it's due.

@ANZ_AU my mum (80s) has to fly overseas tonight fot her brother's funeral & her card is blocked bc she tried to book online. On hold for 30 mins, told it was resolved, xferred to fraud team, on hold for 1hr, b4 giving up. Card still blocked. This is urgent. Who can we talk to?

Seriously @ANZ_AU knowing that my 80+ mum will be on the other side of the world in a country where she doesn't speak the language for her brother's funeral w/out her credit card for emergencies bc she booked travel online on a legit site & after 2 hrs no one can fix it is awful.

@AaronJJacobs Honestly, I thought I was going to have to apologise when I saw what you'd said, until I saw the rest of the tweet.

@IiIthirtyclip Even write the damn phrase out in Spanish so those who don't understand it can hit up an online translator. The worst though is when they just say [speaks foreign language]. Like, you couldn't even figure out which one? That was too much effort? Geez.

@JordiGeusens @LupinIIIStrike @danidonovan Sorry @RealRachelLloyd , that was your reply to which I referred. It was spot on. I just misread. Credit where it's due.

@JordiGeusens @LupinIIIStrike @danidonovan I've not tried therapy exactly, though I've been looking into it. It's a disadvantage in that the world is set up for people without ADD/ADHD, just as you say in your follow-up/reply. I've worked for years in roles that require intense organisation, so people don't believe me...

@JordiGeusens @LupinIIIStrike @danidonovan It could also be a cultural thing, even with a worldwide organisation. You seem to be in the Netherlands; I'm in Australia, & Australia definitely has a long way to go when it comes to accommodation/inclusion/acceptance, of many things.

@JordiGeusens @LupinIIIStrike @danidonovan That's awful, I'm sorry they stigmatised you in that way.

@RealRachelLloyd @JordiGeusens @LupinIIIStrike @danidonovan I hear that. The 1st time I had meds was the 1st time I could remember experiencing quiet & calm in my mind. I was 34(?); it was like someone turned off an ever-present TV & radio that had been competing in the background for my attention my whole life. I've never had that again.

@RealRachelLloyd @JordiGeusens @LupinIIIStrike @danidonovan 100% this. You may as well try to push a mudslide uphill some days.

@JordiGeusens @LupinIIIStrike @danidonovan Sure, absolutely. I just find mine manifests in a way that is never to my advantage, e.g. that I'm now late handing in an assignment because I was hyperfocused on something else. If I knew how to direct that hyperfocus to something with an imminent deadline, I'd be set.

@JordiGeusens @LupinIIIStrike @danidonovan I'm really, really glad that's the case for you, & I hope it continues & spreads like wildfire. I've mostly encountered lip-service to that, or possible limitations in advancement, so many places have a long way to go. I hope to find somewhere that truly embraces that idea.
