Once the Tesla semi is autonomous, rail networks will be antiquated even further. The majority of trucks can even operate at night when traffic is lower. Even before fully autonomous a single driver in a front truck can technically allow chase trucks to follow closely behind mimicking what rail would offer.

@Tesla 💯 FSD 14 Lite did 130 miles for me last night. It had to wake me up at least 8 times. Another car would have been in the ditch. FSD saves lives!
