I have the same model but don't trust with the service guys they will trick you not to fix the issue. I had a very bad experience with Samsung finally I switch to LG

@SamsungSupport very bad experience with the technician he came to my home to replace the panel he open my TV panel and went back to his vehicle to bring the panel after 15min he is telling me it will not cover your warranty because I saw one roaches,.
