Congrats to the legal team in the La Canada Flintridge Builders Remedy case. The court just issued an order requiring the city to post a $14 million appeal bond. Yeah you read that number right. Better dig deep La Canada F!!!!
There are 20k people who live in La Canada F. The bond order equals $700 per person to fight a 4-5 story apartment building with some affordbale units!!! Really??? I get it’s a wealthy city but WTF! How is this a good use of taxpayer $$$??? Has it really come to this in SoCal
